In the picture on the left it models what life was like in the 1940’s. If you look closely you can see that the infant’s clothes are brown, ripped, and can also see he was probably brought up in a poor environment. This picture makes me happy and very satisfied with my life today. In the picture you can see that the house is very dark and instead of siding or brick it is old rotten wood. If I could go back in time and ask questions about this photograph I would want to know what the parents did for a living, and how much they made for it, because it is plain to see that their live was a lot more rough than the environment that we live in today. This picture from the 1940’s made me realize that I have a lot to be thankful for.
