This old photograph represent the same era that To Kill A Mockingbird was written in. In fact this picture comes from the same state in which the book was based in. To Kill A Mockingbird is now the book that we are reading for English class. This book takes place in Maycomb, Alabama with the main characters being Scout, Jem, Atticus, Dill, and Calpurnia. Other characters are mentioned but these have been brought up multiple times. I'm up to chapter 5 now and am going to read more of the book very soon. I personally like this book but i do believe it takes quite a while to get into the book. I have already read the book once and I liked it then and I'm looking forward to reading it again.
