Everyone knows about this shooting and is the worst massacre ever. It was done by a South Korean and only one person. He did the attack in two settings with a 2 hour gap in between. However I feel that the second attack could've been prevented if the school acted upon it better. Rather than sending emails out they could've addressed a lockdown drill of some sort. The shooter was bullied in his earlier years and was a very quiet person. I believe that this could've chosen the fate of this person. He wanted revenge on people and so he did it. He murdered without a second thought and even went to a post office in between the two attacks. This could've and should've been prevented.
