Im Excited!

School is almost over! Someone today said that there is only like 13 and 1/2 days left! I was going to try to get a job this summer but all the places i went to apply only hired 16 and above, which stinks considering that im 15. Im still mowing lawns though so ill still have a source of income. How is everyone's free reading book going? Mine is really starting to pick up, but it still is kinda leaving me in the dark topic wise. It is only telling me little clues about what will unfold in the story, but so far it hasnt been too boring so thats good. Is anyone going on a vacation this summer? Im getting to go to Destin Florida with my family, and next year i get to go to Hawaii! Its gonna be so great. I thought that everyone's shakespeare performances were good, and the photostories rocked it. Good job everyone.

Today's art is done by Alex grey, and its called X. Its a very creative and intriquite painting, but im not sure why its called X, so why dont you guys tell me? :)

That books seems interesting! I hope you have a good summer with your family! ...maybe the picture is called X because there are intwined X's inside it! :D

Maybe it's called that because the man is in a Superficial state caused by ectasy (X). But I prefer kuroikisu's idea!

Looks like total tranquility/opening of thought to me. That doesn't really describe the X part of it, though.

Maybe the X is the adverse of the actual meaning of the picture.

The "X" being the regular thought, and then the picture showing a state of a pure open mind, or an unentwining of the "X".

i like that, there truly isnt a bad way to interpret a poem

Perhaps "x" is a variable... that mysterious thing - that thread which runs between the tangible and the intangible....

Actually gratefuldead36, the Fear and Loathing blog was for school, but, unfortunately no more. It seems to have died many months ago. Actually it's funny that you mentioned it because on your Blow post I suggested you read the book and watch the film. Silly me; I should have known better.

Peace and Love.
