What's out there?

I thought this cartoonist brought up a very diverse topic. It not only has to do with how Americans took over the Native Americans' lands but also if we will one day take over the moon. Everyone knows how after Columbus came that people keep pushing the Native Americans farther west, until eventually they put them in camps. Well, this cartoonist is saying we will do the same thing to the moon. But if this is so, who are we taking it away from? Which brings up the question if we think aliens are really out there. What do you think?
