I recently finish reading the book Flags of Our Fathers. This book was a historical nonfiction book that told the story of all the six flagraisers on Iwo Jima. The book was written by James Bradley, who is one of the sons of the last surviving flagraiser on Iwo
Jima, John "Doc" Bradley. I don't want to give the excellent story away but it tells of all the mens' childhoods, boot camp, fighting in the war, a major war bond tour, all the way up through their deaths. This is a terrific read and I personally look forward to renting the movie!

Have you had U.S. History yet? We talked about that photo for a while when I was in there and it was really neat to get to see the history on the photo.
