So we read the part about Romeo and Juliet's marriage and I think it was rather odd. Not only were they so young but they hardly even new eachother. I don't think I could marry someone even if it was love at first sight. I would at least have to get to know the person and their life before I mad a life commitment to someone. However I'm pretty sure it was different for people back then. After seeing the Shakespeare in Love video were the men talked about the women like cattle. I'm sure it was not unusual for teenagers to get married. So what do you guys think?
