Brave New World
Brave New World is an interesting science fiction story that takes place in the future, they reference their date to after Ford. The novel opens up with a chapter or two that basically introduces the reader to a world of synthetic breeding and potential based upon treatment at birth and young ages. Through this, a caste system is structured, based upon the Greek letters alpha through epsilon. The groups are bred to like and dislike certain things. The alpha are bred to love books and were well raised. The episilon, however, had oxygen cut off from their enviroment and other ways of shifting the mindset of classes. The novel eventually turns into a story of the late introduced protagonist, John, and his fight against the government that controls all of its citizens. The book is very interesting but a pretty easy read. I definitely recommend this book to everyone.
