These two movies were produced at different times and Romeo+Juliet was more recent. The old Romeo & Juliet seemed to be an okay movie from what I've seen so far. The new one was a very exaggerated movie in my opinion and I thought it was weird. Using guns with a label "sword" on the side of them was ridiculous. The movie was quite scary also. Not horror scary but weird scary. I prefer the older one and it seemed to suit the original story better.
