The book To Kill A Mockingbird is different from the movie, in some ways you wouldn't even know they are the of the same thing. For instance, in the book Aunt Alexandra comes to live with Atticus and the family before and during the trial, but in the movie there is no Aunt Alexandra. Also in the book Aunt Alexandra sends Calpurnia to give Atticus a note during the trial saying that the children are not at the house (because they are at the trial, which they were told not to be) but since there is no Aunt Alexandra that is different in the movie also.WHAT OTHER DIFFERENCES DID EVERYONE NOTICE ABOUT THE MOVIE COMPARED TO THE BOOK?

I agree with you. It seems like the movie is hardly ever the same as the book. I guess that is because the book version would be really long and probably boring to those who had not read the book. I really wish that we could finish the movie to see what else is different.
Yes, there are lots of other books that have been made into movies where there are differences. Personally with this book/movie I liked the book better becuase the storyline was easier to follow. In the movie you couldn't really tell what Scout was thinking but the book gave an inside look into her thoughts, which was pretty cool. I hope on Friday in class we get to finish the movie.
